5. Schedule an appointment online (Collabo ERP)
For online appointment scheduling, MAYFAIR & CO. GMBH uses the appointment plugin of the Collabo ERP system. When using the appointment booking feature, the data entered is processed on Collabo ERP servers in Germany. The servers are GDPR-compliant. Processing is carried out for the purpose of scheduling appointments and fulfilling contracts.
6. Customer Portal (Login Area)
Users can access the customer portal via the meta menu.
Registration via the website is not possible.
Access credentials are issued exclusively by MAYFAIR & CO. GMBH.
The portal is technically provided via the Collabo ERP system.
Data processing takes place on GDPR-compliant servers in Germany.
Use of the portal serves the purposes of contract fulfillment and customer communication.
